Does Bokits or Agoulous mean something to you? :) Chef Mathieu Sylvestre wants to put Caribbean cuisine on the roof of the world! Authentic recipes from Guadeloupe and the Caribbean: Creole street food the way we like it! Dwet suckle!

CHACHENGA

A food truck in honor of Beninese street food! Organic meats spiced up with the famous Chachenga spice. Grilled chicken, lamb, braised beef accompanied by spicy rice, plantain or even sweet potato. We only say that!

Recipes prepared by a passionate chef, dishes that have their origins in Guyana and Surinam. A fusion cuisine that mixes Caribbean, African and Asian cuisine. To you Bamis, the marinated beef skewers, the Chweet loka sandwich, the banana fritters. Happiness in the mouth!

KAY FRITAY

Haitian street food the way we like it! Kodé pâté, weighed bananas, pickliz, kays box beef, chicken or pork accompanied by white rice or djondjon. They delighted us in 2023, back in 2024! Delicious !

KÉKÉ FRAIS

They will take your taste buds on a journey! Kéké is inspired by the West African desert, “thiakry”! A creamy and tasty yogurt with fruity, crunchy and delicious toppings! We love the idea! Everyone has their own Kéké, you won’t want to share it!
