In this workshop, you will explore how to transform your insecurities into strengths by identifying the beliefs that limit you and learning how to set healthy boundaries.

You'll explore self-respect, confidence, and self-affirmation, using concrete tools to help you stop being overwhelmed by your doubts and turn them into a driving force for change. The goal: to regain control of your self-esteem and move forward with confidence.

LIBRAZ AHMED

Libraz is a self-love and women's empowerment coach, trained at HEC and a former nurse. After overcoming significant personal challenges – domestic violence, career change, motherhood – she transformed her journey into a mission: to help women regain self-confidence, assert themselves and use their experiences as levers for growth .

Through her retreats, talks, and engaging content , she popularizes neuroscience and personal development to make them accessible to all. Today, she supports thousands of women through her work, encouraging them to choose themselves and create a life aligned with their values .
