The power of breathing and practical exercises

The workshop will address the theme of breathing called Sekhem in Kemet (ancient Egypt). How to use this powerful tool in our daily lives to find and release tensions in the body and mind.

After practicing Indian yoga (Vinyasa and Ashtanga) for nearly 7 years, her research linked to her spiritual awakening and her interest in the history of her ancestors led her to the discovery of Smai Tawi. She decided from the first posture of divinity to make it her tool of transmission. Her transformation through this practice led her on the path of teaching and disseminating this art. In her eyes, Smai Tawi is more than a discipline, it is a way of living in full consciousness and it is with this approach that she takes pleasure in accompanying her students on the path to ancestral well-being.
