How to raise your vibration rate with foods charged with vital force. The workshop will address the subject of mindful eating: from detox, to juicing, including fasting as a tool for well-being.


After practicing Indian yoga (Vinyasa and Ashtanga) for nearly 7 years, her research linked to her spiritual awakening and her interest in the history of her ancestors led her to the discovery of Smai Tawi. She decided from the first posture of divinity to make it her tool of transmission. Her transformation through this practice led her on the path of teaching and disseminating this art. In her eyes, Smai Tawi is more than a discipline, it is a way of living in full consciousness and it is with this approach that she takes pleasure in accompanying her students on the path to ancestral well-being.
